• Notes

CFB made a trip to Hopewell....There is a Benham Cemetary in Hopewell, NY. There was a Methodist Church on the grounds in the 1820's and 1830's. The was church moved to Eli Benham's farm. It was added to the back of the barn and used as a sheep shed. The shed is still there, about 1/2 mile from the cemetary. The cemetary is behind a hous that is 20 - 30 years old.
